Being sensitive to customer requirements and expectations. AKPLAS has adapted total quality understanding as a life philosophy.

AKPLAS, having established the quality management system in accordance with requirements of ISO/TS 16949:2002, has being improving the processes with continuous improvement philosophy. With the idea that it is wrong to mention acceptable defect rates in our company. Every year new investments are done in order to increase the capabilities monitoring machine and process capabilities to reach “zero defect”.

In quality development studies, quality techniques such as Brain Storming, FMEA analysis, PDCA, SPC, Poke Yoke, Fish bone (Ishikawa) Diagram, Pareto Analysis and problem solving techniques are used.

Final user performances of our products have been taken under assurance with laboratory tests, product audit and operation life tests.

The products which we produced with the measurement tools (MFI, Profile Projection, CMM, life test device, exc…) which are in our laboratory have been being taken under guarantee from raw material reception to shipment.
